Your use of this website is subject to the following comprehensive terms and conditions. By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms. Last Minute Cleaning AU reserves the right to modify this website and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the current version of these terms.

For a clear understanding, certain terms within these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

  • We: Refers to QE GOLD PROFESSIONALS GROUP PTY LTD, the owner of Last Minute Cleaning AU.
  • Us: Represents QE GOLD PROFESSIONALS GROUP PTY LTD.
  • Services or Service: Any service requested by the client.
  • Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions of supply outlined in this webpage and any additional conditions agreed upon in writing by Us.
  • Cleaner or Cleaners: Individuals performing the service on behalf of Us.
  • Heavily Soiled: Refers to the presence of grime, dust, or dirt exceeding normal levels in a residence.
  • Managing Agent: The agent overseeing rental affairs for a property, such as a Real Estate agent.
  • Property: The specific property requiring a Bond Clean.
  • Bond Cleaning Standards: The level of cleanliness in a property, meeting the scrutiny of Managing Agents under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008, and facilitating the release of the bond to the Customer.
  • Reasonable Endeavour: Our best efforts based on available information at a particular point in time.

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all service contracts between Us and the Customer, prevailing over any other documentation or communication from the Customer. We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards Us or our cleaners, including harassment, intimidation, threats, or fear. Any such behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Pricing

Quotes provided are approximate and based on average house and room sizes. Actual prices may vary based on factors identified during assessment, including discrepancies in property description, heavily soiled conditions, oven cleaning, specialist cleaning requirements, additional areas, parking fees, and changes to the Customer's original requirements. We reserve the right not to clean items/areas posing a risk to the cleaner, and the Bond Cleaning Guarantee for such areas is void. Wear and tear or long-term exposure may exempt certain items from warranty.

We will communicate and agree on any quote variations with the Customer before commencing the work. The Customer's consent to pay the agreed variation amount is required before the variation work begins.

Happiness Guarantee

Our Happiness Guarantee ensures your satisfaction. If you have concerns about our cleaning service, follow these steps:

  • Call us within 24 hours to report concerns.
  • Provide details and, if necessary, photos of the areas of concern.
  • For Move-in/Move-Out cleans, a 24-hour grace period is given.
  • We will reschedule the clean at no cost to you and address the concerns within 7 business days.
  • If concerns persist, we will review and, if necessary, provide a credit or refund.

Arrival Time Windows

We provide a 30-minute arrival window to accommodate traffic, parking, and other unforeseen circumstances. If we are running late, we will notify you promptly.

Breakages and Loss Policy

Notification of breakages or loss must be made within 24 hours of service. Last Minute Cleaning AU reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items. Normal wear and tear or damage due to improper assembly is not covered.

Bio-Hazards

We avoid cleaning biological hazards beyond our checklist. In cases of unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

Hoarding Conditions

For conditions exceeding normal cleaning, our teams may re-evaluate rates or refuse service, with a $50 fee for incorrect job descriptions.

Parking Accessibility

Adequate parking is necessary for uninterrupted service. Paid parking may be added to the final invoice with prior agreement.

Late Cancellations / Rescheduling

Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. Repeated offenses may result in service cancellation.

Accessibility

Ensure full accessibility for cleaning professionals. A $50 fee may apply for interruptions preventing completion.

Pets

We may cancel/reschedule service if unsecured pets pose a threat. A $50 fee may apply for inability to enter due to unsecured pets.

Entry & Lock Outs

Provide entry instructions and alarm codes if you won't be home. A $50 fee may apply if the cleaning professional can't access the property.

Keys

We don't accept keys; use a secure key lockbox for access.

Safety

For safety, we don't move heavy items or clean high-reach areas. Please move large items before our arrival.

Weather

We may cancel/reschedule in severe weather for safety reasons.

Unpredictable Events

We may cancel/reschedule for unpredictable events beyond our control.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel service for various reasons, including threats, inability to complete the request, or property condition discrepancies.

Unpaid Services

Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Late payment fees apply after 7 days. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, with the Customer liable for associated costs.

Claims

No refund claims are considered post-service completion. The Customer must allow a re-clean or inspection before engaging a third party. The Bond-back guarantee is only for End of Lease Cleaning. Damages claims require proof, and incidental costs are waived.
